The Training & Placement Department is staffed by senior professionals with rich experience in their specific domain. KPRSB’s dedicated Training & Placement team treats the students as executives; this helps them to accept the challenges in the real world in a very matured and disciplined manner.
Placement is the core selling proposition for KPR School of Business, and we are justifiably proud of our track record in placing our first batch students in bluechip companies.
The placement process of 2012 concluded in a very delightful manner for every students at KPRSB. As on date our record stands as 100% placed at an average salary of 2.80 Lacs and Highest salary as 4.50 Lacs. During final placements 2012 AXIS Bank, City Union Bank, HDFC Bank, Karur Vysya Bank, Lakshmi Vilas Bank has visited and recruited KPRSB students. Hence, KPRSB is being called as BANKERS PARADISE.
The participating firms included the who's who from the corporate world – prominent & India's largest conglomerates Banks, FMCG and Consumer Durable companies, fast growing commodity trading companies, we take pride in naming few of our prestigious recruiters TTK, ITC, Redington, Vadofone & Nestle.
A few promising students decided to join start-ups, and a few students opted for the Placement Holiday facility; seeking to ignite the entrepreneurial skills in them by starting their own ventures or to take forward their family business.
KPRSB gives utmost importance to assist students in getting suitable placements after successful completion of the programs. KPRSB believes that the entire placement exercise is a joint effort between KPRSB and students. While KPRSB provides guidance and support and network with potential employers, the students have the responsibility to put in the maximum possible efforts to obtain suitable placements.
