At KPRSB, training is imparted in such a way that students become industry ready. Here, students are trained in academic and non academic aspects and methodology also varies.
As many companies go for an aptitude test to screen the students, we have full time faculty to train the student to improve in their aptitude. In KPR SB aptitude is a value added course and the same is brought into regular time table.
We have introduced a placement scorecard system for 2nd year students and placebility scorecard for 1st year, where the student participates in various activities and earns his/her marks. All such activities are integrated with the academics wherein they will have to bring the realtime business scenario. By this approach the student earns his marks and enriches his own knowledge in business acumen.
We ensure that students use the online databases like EBSCO, India stat, J-Gate and Prowess to enhance their statistical database which would help them during various activities via management meets, paper presentations, summer placements and final placements.
Company Specific Training Model (CST Model) is a successful training module helps the student to prepare for a specific company. This is primarily done a day before the interview date, this programme is conducted in review approach, means, the students brush up their fundamentals and other components required for the interview.
HR Personalities from different sectors and companies are invited to the campus to share their knowledge to the students; this enables the student to network with such professionals.
