Visiting Faculty

	Mr. Kidambi Srinivasan, has extensive engineering and manufacturing experience. He is a Mechanical Engineer and completed his post-graduation from IIT Madras and IS1 (Indian Statistical Institute), his qualificationsalso include a PC Diploma in Management from LIBA, Chennai. With30+ years of experience in TVS manufacturing unit, his depth of knowledge encompasses implementation of IS0 2001 and TS 16949 inside a variety of manufacturing settings. As Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner, he has worked with clients on site as a Project Leader and Project Mentor. He has been a Visiting Faculty at Catholic University, Kenya and member in many leading B-Schools. His expertise includes Operations Management, Operations Research and Quantitative Methods. He also conducts programmes at MSME for project management & Six Sigma.
	Mr.R.Kasthuri Rangan has 25 years of experience in the industry. He is the Director of a private limited company based in Chennai. Initially foraying into industrial automation and electronics, he has developed a number of automation projects for various industries and organisations. He has worked on business projects in association with many European, Japanese and US companies. He has considerable experience in ITES and wireless technology as well. He is currently engaged in strategic management consultancy and focuses on marketing strategies, market entry, research and business modelling. He is a visiting faculty at many &Schools in the country and handles subjects such as Consumer Behaviour, Services Marketing, International Marketing, Strategic Management and Sales & Distribution Management. Kasthuri Rangan holdsa black belt in Six Sigma methodology and isacertified ManagementConsultantundertheglobal ICMCl stahdards.
	Mr. R. Krishnamurthi is a passionate trainer with over twenty years of experience in teaching and training. He was Faculty at IBS, Hyderabad. He handles OB, HRD, Training and Development and lnterpersonal Effectiveness to MBA Students. His IMPACT session, interpersonal Skills , Motivating Self and Others, Presentation Skills, Attitude, Communication Skills and Teamwork has brought desirable strengths among students. He has conducted more than 100 EDPs 10 FDPs and 5 PDPs. He published 45 papers and articles in Journals and Magazines. He has been a resource person to 30 Organizations and 26 Institutions. He is a Professional Speaker,Trainer and Writer.
	Mr. Satheesh Krishnamurthy, U.S educated MBA based in Chennai, serving small and medium-sized clients in and around Tamil Nadu. He has had long stints in Marketing and Advertising, having Sewed MNC and Indian companies viz., CavinKare, McCann Erickson, Mudra Communications, Cricinfo etc. Apart from his consulting assignments, he is a visiting faculty member in prominent BSchools like Bharathidasan Institute of Management (Trichy), Amrita School of Business (Coimbatore) and Indian Institute of Planning and Management (Chennai). He is an avid writer as well having penned his first bookon Marketing in Tamil titled 'Marketing Maayaajaalam'. Two more of his books- one on advertising and another introducing economist the common man-are to be released shortly. 	Mr. R.Vijayaraghavan holds Masters in Chemistry from Madras Christian College and CAllB from Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai. A seasoned Banker with more than 37 years of rich experience in bankingsector, He was the Assistant General Manager of Canara Bankatthe time of his VRS in 2001. He spear headed the Center for Entrepreneurship Development for Women at Canara Bank, Madras for 3 years, which was massive success, as it covered the end-to-end activity for an entrepreneur right from creating awareness to imparting practical training to selling their products through Can Bazaars. He also served as Principal of the Staff Training College of Karur Vysya Bank Ltd. His publications for the use of the bank staff members include banking tides, educational series, productivity series, legal series, Technology series & Health series. Presently, he is the Head of the Training Division at Sakthi Finance Ltd and is associated with Sakthi Excellence Academy at Coimbatore, as coordinator. He is a visiting Faculty to various reputed B-Schools and Engineering Institutes across the country. He is an active Rotarian for more than 14 years.
	Mrs. R. Vijaya is a chemistry graduate and MA in English. She also holds Bachelor's in teaching and also fellow of Insurance Institute of India. She has36 years experience in Insurance Industry. She is the faculty for training of agents and staffs, LIC of India. At present she is a full time faculty in Ritu Nandua Insurance Services, Coimbatore.
